Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Pre-orders will ship on or around the estimated fulfillment date communicated at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Carriers We ship within the United States via USPS / UPS / FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Delivery Timeframes Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Undelivered Packages If your order is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please contact us within 7 days at info@bandcollectorbook.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it. Please include order number in the subject line. 

International Shipping We currently ship within the United States only.
