All sales of The Band Collector Book are final. Due to the collectible and consumable nature of our product, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened items.

Pre-Orders Pre-order cancellations are accepted up to 7 days before the scheduled fulfillment date. After that point, all pre-orders are final and non-refundable.

Lost Packages If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
